RENT PAYMENT
avantEdge will oversee the payment process and follow up with tenants if the rent is delayed or unpaid.
MINOR REPAIRS
avantEdge works with a network of trusted plumbers, contractors and handymen to provide tenants with the necessary repair works when required.
EXPIRY OF LEASE
avantEdge will do a comprehensive check on your unit upon the expiry of the lease. We will inspect the unit based on the condition of the unit and the detailed inventory list in our avantEdge system recorded from the onset of the lease. Any defects will be rectified or replaced by the tenants.
TENANTS SELECTION AND VIEWING RECORDS
Having the right tenant is everything when it comes to renting out your property. At avantEdge we do rigorous screening and you can rely on our decade long experience in matching tenant and landlord expectations. Tenant passes are verified with the relevant authorities (eg Ministry of Manpower, Immigration and Custom Authority) before we register them into our system. Detailed records are provided for your viewing and perusal.
